1. Returns and Exchanges
   • Damaged items may be returned within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product.
   • Non-damaged items are subject to return on a case-by-case basis, with all returns undergoing evaluation before processing.
   • We reserve the right to decline an exchange or return if medicines are not in a saleable condition or are damaged.
   • Faulty medicines or products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
   • For Cold Chain Medications:
     • Items requiring cold storage cannot be returned once delivered.
   • For Medical Devices:
     • Damaged medical devices can be returned within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product.
     • All returns are evaluated before processing.
     • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return for medical devices not in a saleable condition or damaged.
     • Reported faulty medical devices that have been tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Delivery
   • Delivery is guaranteed within 2-5 hours if the order is confirmed before 1 pm on working days.
   • Orders placed after 3 pm or on non-working days will be delivered within 24 hours the next working day.
